The current renter is moving out on April 30th so May 15th is just a ballpark. It takes a few days to turn it around and I am not sure how much repairs might be needed so I am flexible on the date. I respect my tenants privacy so we will work around her schedule on when to show unit and because of COVID only serious inquires will be allowed to see unit. The unit will be professionally cleaned before you move in.

I own the condo and have no plans of returning or selling it so if you pay on time and are respectful to the neighbors (no smoking or drug-use and not extremely noisy) I have no problem with you living here long term.

Please let me know a little about yourself if you send an email.

Please let me know if you have any questions.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
