“On April 13, 2021, at approximately 12:26 AM the Fourth District was investigating a report of a shooting in the 1400 block of Rock Creek Ford Road NW. Officers responded and discovered one male suffering from a gun shot wound to the neck.
The victim was conscious and breathing and being treated at a local hospital. The incident is being investigated by the Fourth District Detectives.
