From a press release:

“Hook Hall, Park View’s massive community gathering space, has been transformed into a profusion of pinks as everyone’s favorite backyard has been turned into a Celebrate the Blossoms theme with Tea House cabanas and rows of Garden Tables surrounded by pink blossomed trees and décor.

The winter’s “Viking Village” huts have turned into fresh spring Tea House spaces, both semi-private and enclosed. The Tea Houses offer sectional lounge seating, a firepit (until the chilly nights disappear), and floral-papered walls. Enclosed Tea Houses afford private seating with plush pillows and a large center table.

Each themed Tea House is available for seating of up to six guests

with 2.5 hour reservations at $125 and includes a welcome bottle of champagne, special food and drink menus, a table, ceiling fan and the option to keep the curtains open or closed. All are weatherproof, keeping spring showers abated. Each comes with bottle service and a special prefixed food and beverage pairing menu.

In the center of the Celebrate the Blossoms yard are garden tables for seating up to six guests that may be reserved at $15 for 2.5 hours. These currently have firepits for those cool spring nights. For socially distanced celebrations Hook Hall offers covered lounges in the yard: The Petal Lounge for up to 18 people across 3 tables; the semi-private Emperor’s Private Quarters, with sectional lounge seating for up to 18 people; and the Blossom Bungalow, double the size of a Tea House cabana with seating up to 12.

Giving a nod to our cherished Cherry Trees’ homeland, Hook Hall has developed an extensive libations menu that includes flights of sake and specialty cocktails like the District Cherry Sour with Bulleit Bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice and topped with Luxardo cherry juice; the Sakura Spritz with Roku Gin and Elderflower liqueur; and The Peach Blossom, a springtime mule with Ketel One botanicals peach and Makers Mark. Among the beer choices are a selection of imported Japanese beers and local favorite Dominion Brewery’s seasonal Cherry Blossom Lager. A full spirits-free menu features local woman-owned syrups company, Pratt-Standard, in all the concoctions.

A dinner menu including appetizers, sandwiches and hand stretched pizzas is available plus the Saturday and Sunday brunch adds a breakfast pizza and fried chicken and biscuits.
