“On Sunday, December 13, 2020, at approximately 8:00 a.m., or soon after as safety and weather permits, the former Holiday Inn – Rosslyn, located at 1900 Fort Myer Drive, in Arlington, Virginia, will be demolished by implosion. District of Columbia residents, particularly those in NW and SW, may hear loud noises and see dust on the horizon. Members of the public are encouraged to avoid the area and watch local media coverage of the implosion. For more information, including impacted road closures around the site, visit newsroom.arlingtonva.us”
