“Porchfest DC is sponsoring holiday pop-up performances throughout Ward 7 today, as part of its ChocolateCON series.
ChocolateCON is an ongoing celebration of Washington, DC’s rich Black history and an effort to preserve the culture of “Chocolate City.”
