Large, Private Room with Private Bathroom in the Kalorama Neighborhood Available in Early December (Flexible)!

This room features plenty of natural light, a large, private bathroom, and two closets for clothes and storage. The house comes equipped with a private rooftop which is great for working from home, a wet bar, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and a lovely fireplace. The apartment is located in a small building on a beautiful tree-lined street in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. The other two amazing housemates in their late-20s and mid-30s, one works on a think-tank the other works for a law firm. I have lived with them for over 3 years and we’ve never had any issues. We hope to find someone that is clean and respectful.

The house is professionally managed and the management company requires an application fee of $25.00.

Please contact me if you’re interested in a virtual or in-person tour!”
