Today’s Rental was chosen for those looking to share a condo in SW Waterfront

This rental is located around 3rd and I Street, SW. The Craigslist ad says:

“$1,300 Bedroom with Bathroom and Den in Shared Condo (SW Washington, DC)

Hello everyone!

Due to a previous roommate getting a job in another country we have a room open in our condo.

The space is available now for $1,300 a month plus utilities, which average $60-$80 a month per person.

The bedroom is in a finished basement and includes its own bathroom and den. The entire floor is what is available for rent. The area is currently unfurnished, so it is move-in ready for all your items.

The condo itself is recently renovated and fully outfitted, and the common spaces – living room, dining room, kitchen, etc. – are fully furnished and stocked. Included with the condo is an assigned parking space that is unoccupied and available. The best part of the place is its two patios.

The location is in the heart of SW DC, minutes away from the Waterfront Metro, a 15-minute walk to Capitol Hill, and 10-15 minutes to both the Wharf and Navy Yard areas. With the Safeway, CVS, nail/hair salons, dry cleaner, and bus stop right outside the door it’s a very livable neighborhood.

The two current roommates are both young professionals, one working on Capitol Hill and the other at a non-profit organization.

If you’re interested in the space, we’d love to hear from you! Please respond with a brief description of yourself and what you’re looking for, and we can set up a time for a showing.

Thanks!”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
