“Just saw this banner in the heart of Woodley Park about a new restaurant coming to the 2600 block of Connecticut Ave. Upstairs was Baskin Robins until just recently,
downstairs has been vacant for years since Mr. Chen’s moved back to Cleveland Park and was Dunkin Donuts before that.”
Ed. Note: Oh wow, I didn’t realize the space was once home to a Dunkin too. Another Dunkin across the street closed back in May.
