Elemeno, well-known throughout Capitol Hill as a haven for families with babies, toddlers and preschoolers, is reopening next week with new small-group drop-off classes for 2-4 year olds and co-working space for their parents.
Working from home with small children is making many parents feel guilty — both about not being fully present for work and about not being able to give their kids the stimulating learning environment they deserve. But full-time childcare is just not a fit for many families right now.
The folks at Elemeno understand, so they are reopening August 31 with an exclusive focus on Small Cohort Classes for 2-4 year olds, consisting of half-day classes two or three days per week.
With this cohort model, children will only interact with the same — very small — group across the entire week, and parents have exclusive access to the beautifully-equipped second-floor offices with fast wifi and live video feeds of the little ones.
Virtual tours of the gorgeous play and co-working spaces are available here, and they’re enrolling now for the fall semester.
