“Last night at approximately 10:10 pm, a carjacking occurred at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Piney Branch Road, NW. After pulling the the victim from the vehicle and assaulting him, the two suspects took US Currency from the victim, and fled his vehicle.
A short time later, the vehicle was recovered in the 1400 block of Somerset Place, NW.
