We’re starting to see areas allowing in-person open houses, but the District is still restricted to appointment-only showings so you’ll need to plan accordingly if you see a home below you love! Check out our newest batch of virtual open houses with 3D tours, videos or both. Make sure your agent has a strategy to keep you safe while searching for your next home.
