If so, what did you think of the closing of 18th Street to traffic? Did it work well? Did you dine out? Were folks wearing masks? Should they keep it closed?
In the 90s Adams Morgan was like the best of H Street, Ivy City, Navy Yard, NoMa and more all wrapped up in one helluva night.
