A reader sends from Adams Morgan:
“I wanted to alert you all to something that happened to me in my neighborhood (Admo/Kalorama) on Thursday night to make sure everyone remains vigilant, especially during these strange times. My property manager found on the security footage that there had been a stranger looking into my windows (only two of which were even partially open!) for about half an hour around midnight on Thursday night.
“Please keep a lookout for the person in the photos attached. Please keep a lookout for the person in the photos attached. Please call the police if you see this person. Apparently he has done this on multiple occasions.
“With all of us being at home more frequently with regular hours, women who live alone are especially vulnerable, so please be careful. I live on the first floor and luckily have bars on my windows, but apparently we can’t even crack a window! Angry and saddened that things like this are always happening, but wanted to keep everyone aware. We’ve got to look out for one another.”
