It’s in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, two blocks to Tenleytown (Red Line) metro, shuttle to American University, restaurants, sports club, and retail stores.

It’s available early March 2020 for $1,250/mo, one year lease preferred. No smoking or pets. We are looking for a single car-free tenant.

The attached photos show the tiled floors, recessed lights, private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, and built-in Queen bed alcove. The apartment is 300 sq ft, well designed for efficiency. There is little space for furniture other than what is built-in.
