“CRITICAL SHOOTING/ PROBABLE HOMICIDE— 700 blk Monroe St NE-DC near CUA. Man in his late 20’s shot in head, neck and chest. He is in traumatic cardiac arrest when taken to a trauma center. Local schools impacted by incident.”
