Bill reports:
“This morning. Another one in Brookland. This picture is from today.
This one between 17th and 18th on Newton St NE. One block from a recent wheel theft and two blocks from where ours happened.
This is getting out of hand.”
It had been 13 days since our last stolen wheels report.
