‘Tis the Season for BrewLights

Friends of the National Zoo’s hoppiest holiday event, BrewLights at ZooLights, is back December 12 for a night of unlimited craft beer.

For one night only, in addition to enjoying the general splendor of the Smithsonian’s National Zoo lit for ZooLights, guests will also get to sample from 40+ breweries. Plus they’ll have special access to animals at the Zoo’s exhibits and animal houses, which normally are closed during ZooLights hours.

Panda Claws will mingle and pose for photos with crowds, while performers, such as carolers and a capella singers, will entertain guests. Stroll around the Zoo, admiring new light installations, including some amazing animal lanterns and a dreamy art installation, Entre les rangs, from Montreal. Warm up while feasting on chocolate creations at a custom s’mores station, sponsored by Carvana. Snacks like popcorn and pretzels will be offered to complement the region’s best brews.

PoPville readers: use code POP Beer19 for $5 off General Admission tickets, for up to four tickets.
