Your Afternoon Animal Fix – AdoPtville

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share for the regular fix please send an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. AdoPtville is run by two volunteers who compile these pets weekly from local shelters.

Did you know Magnolia means gentle and loving? Magnolia does! This two-year-old sweetie lives up to her name. A Lab mix, Magnolia weighs about 54 lbs, and is looking for an active family to help her work off that Lab energy! Magnolia is good with other dogs and kids, and would also benefit from some obedience training – she’s currently working on it, but you gotta keep learning, right? This lovely girl is heartworm positive – she is not contagious to either other pets or humans, but will need some TLC following her treatment. Magnolia has lots of love to share! Find out more about adopting her here.

Meet handsome Mooney! This big fella is a true lover of humanity – he LURVES his people, and greets them at the door to have a snuggle and talk about how his day went! Mooney is very outgoing, but wants to be the only cat, because that’s how you get all the attention from people! He is about 6 ½ years old, and recently lost some weight after being a bit to the bad side of curvy. Mooney is doing well on a prescription weight control diet, and his new family will need to continue that for his optimal health! If you’re looking for a lovebug who adores you and loves to chat and play, Mooney’s your guy! Find out more about adopting him here.

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
