The house has in-unit W/D, a living room, dining room, kitchen w/ dishwasher, 2 ½ bathrooms, and a back deck balcony. There’s no lease, but we’re looking for someone to stay for at least a year.

– Easy walk to 18th street and all the bars/restaurants/shopping
– 5 min walk from the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan (red) metro stop
– 15 min walk from Columbia Heights (green/yellow) metro stop
– 5-10 min walk to a Safeway and Harris Teeter, and a 15 min walk from the Trader Joes near DuPont
WHO: All the roommates are working professionals, in their mid-late twenties. We’re also friendly with our neighbors who live next door and in the unit below us.
