We’ve been seeing this bird in the alley behind 4th Street NW between Marietta Place and Nicholson Street. It must have either escaped or been released. I can get pretty close and have put out some feed. I wouldn’t know what to do if I actually caught it. Any ideas would be much appreciated.”
