“Prime Now allows for delivery of groceries from Whole Foods for $5. The service is excellent. But the amount of plastic packaging is over the top.
Option 1:
Allow customers to pay extra for resuable options.
Option 2: Clients should be able to specify that they are home and don’t need the silver bubble wrap to keep things cold.
Option 3: Amazon should recycle the packaging, either by dropoff at a store OR via pickup at the next delivery.”
