“Washington National Cathedral launched its new “Let There Be Lego!” project to build a miniature, 13-foot- long scale model of the Cathedral out of 400,000 Lego bricks. Starting March 1, members of the public will be invited to “buy a brick” for $2.00, and help build up the Cathedral brick by brick, with all proceeds going toward restoration of parts of the Cathedral damaged by the 2011 earthquake.”
