“Pluma by Bluebird Bakery is nearing our 1st year anniversary on Feb. 3rd which falls on Sunday. To celebrate and thank all of our loyal customers, we will giving out 50 free Kouign Amann to the first 50 customers at the shop and also have all day $5 mimosas!
Kouign Amann is a traditional pastry from Brittany, France that we make at the bakery from scratch. It is a laminated pastry that incorporates sugar in its last layer of lamination, which caramelizes when it cooks forming a crispy caramel brûlée like shell.”
Sunday hours are 8am – 7pm.
