Your Afternoon Animal Fix – AdoPtville

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share for the regular fix please send an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. AdoPtville is run by two volunteers who compile these pets weekly from local shelters.

City Dogs Rescue & City Kitties has two special seniors to introduce to you today!

Curtis Lo is a senior kitty who is on the prowl for a forever home after his loving owner was no longer able to care for him.

Curtis is a really mellow cat who loves attention and isn’t disruptive in seeking it. From the first moment he arrived at his foster home, he would purr and knead his paws as soon as you looked at him! He’s a sweetheart who loves to lay in bed with you, cuddle and get chin and belly scratches. Yes! A kitty who likes his belly rubbed! Curtis’ toy playing days are behind him, and he’s pretty indifferent to treats; all he needs to be happy is to have a safe environment with someone to love and who loves him back. Won’t you apply now to bring this doll home?  https://awo.petstablished.com/adoptions/personal-information?application_type=Adopt&pet_id=325169

Tammie Jo is a senior dog who has a calm sweet demeanor and looks at you with big, loving eyes, like a grandma! The only thing she loves more than staring into your soul is curling up beside you on the couch. This sweet lady is always willing to go by your schedule, and won’t wake you up if you want to sleep in a little. She also has a playful side to her as she loves to play with toys and bring out her inner puppy. She loves to be where you are, and especially enjoys greeting visitors in the home. Tammie Jo is looking for a snuggle buddy to cozy up to in her forever home. Apply today to meet Tammie Jo! https://petstablished.com/pets/public/149084

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
