“Someone just got shot on 13th and F. Outside Banana Republic. Shooter at large. Never seen that sort of thing in the heart of downtown middle of day. Big police presence there.”
Update from the Deputy Mayor:
“That is incorrect. There was no shooting. There was an individual who fell/jumped from the building.”
