Your Afternoon Animal Fix – AdoPtville

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share for the regular fix please send an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. AdoPtville is run by two volunteers who compile these pets weekly from local shelters.

Five-year-old Nora was found as a stray, then made her way to the big city via a small rural shelter. She’s still something of a kitten at heart, and absolutely loves to play with her toys – in fact, she could use the exercise, as she’s also a curvy lady, who’d benefit from having a lot of fun activity in her new home! Nora is sweet and confident, and she loves attention so much that she’d prefer being your one and only kitty, for which she’ll pay you in lots of purrs! If Nora is the right lovely lady for you, please email [email protected] for more information, and check out her adoption page here.

Sweet Sadie was recently rescued from a lonely existence in an outdoor pen, but thanks to some quality time in a loving foster home, she’s coming out of her shell and realizing that life is good! Now Sadie is ready to find a forever home where she can continue to blossom. Sadie is approximately 7 years old, and is a Shepherd / Beagle mix. She gets along well with other dogs, and would do best in a home with a confident dog who can show her the ropes. She is still learning about city life, but is crate and housetrained, and doing well on a leash! Sadie is medium-sized, loving, and adorable. Find out more about adopting her here and see her in action here.

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
