Curious to know if anyone in the PoPville community knows any updates on Carolina Restaurant at 14th and Spring Road NW. It’s been vacant for quite some time, but there seems to be construction activity (see photos attached). As an upper 14th Street resident, we’d love to hear some more good news about businesses coming into this area!”
Demo first began back in 2015! Anyone know what’s coming?
