Greetings!
Available as soon as August 4th or as late as August 15th is this beautiful First floor of a Shaw rowhome. It was formerly a store front and is now a spacious 2 bedroom. Has a shared garden (tomatoes, peaches, plums, apples, pears, cucumbers, kale, lettuce, etc) and outdoor patio and space. Lots of natural light, washer/dryer, modern kitchen and appliances, and central air/heat.
The backyard is perfect for gatherings and barbecues. The interior can be decorated as you please to be one open space or sectioned off as we have done in the pictures.
One bedroom is smaller, but has built in shelves and a huge closet and attached shower and bathroom. The other bedroom is gigantic with a walk in closet and own bathroom/shower. The ceilings are very high which gives it a very open and natural feel…energy flows nicely in here!
The neighborhood is amazing – oneblock to compass coffee, Dacha beer garden, Cata wine store, la Jambe, etc! 10 minute walk west to Logan circle, Whole Foods, 14th Street. 5 minute walk to Giant. 10 minute walk east to big bear cafe and Bloomingdale. 10 minute walk to Chinatown. Library and metro 6 minutes away. Right proper brewpub and the Howard theatre up the street, 930 club and u street just a bit further. Basically, you’re in the middle of everything here! Get a bike and every cool spot in the city is within 20 minutes !!!
We’ve loved this place deeply but life is moving on! Looking for tenants ASAP trying to fill this space by August 4th or August 15th.
Get in touch to check it out!
Rent is $2960/month plus utilities. Utilities are around $150-200 a month (electric, internet, water) for entire unit.”
