Welcome home to this large, completely remodeled apartment. Located on the terrace level of a single family farmhouse in quiet Brookland, this unit has its own laundry, luxe full bath, gracious living and sleeping areas, full kitchenette (fridge installed since pics taken) and separate entrance.

There is off street parking available for an additional fee. The Brookland metro (red line) is a short mile long walk, or hop on the G8 bus right at the corner. Walk to grocery (Good Foods Market), coffee (Zeke’s) and restaurants – all just a short three blocks away. Rent includes utilities, cable and internet. Unit is fully furnished including towels, sheets, plates, silverware and glassware. No oven, but there is a two-burner stove, microwave and fridge with freezer. Queen sized bed, dresser, sofa, occasional chair and desk or table will convey. The unit has its own heating and cooling system as well. 2-3 month rental preferred but open to shorter terms. Housekeeping services every two weeks can be arranged as well for an additional $100 per month.”
