Bodymass Gym Coming to Park View this August

From an email:

“Bodymass Gym opened its doors just over 2 years ago in the Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington. We have an amazing group of members who have helped us grow rapidly and we are proud to announce the opening of our first DC location at the corner of Georgia Ave and Harvard in NW DC. We are excited be part of the up and coming Park View neighborhood and bring high quality training to an area that deserves more fitness offerings.

Bodymass is not like your average gym that only offers cookie-cutter, over-crowded group exercise classes.

We come from a personal training background and created Bodymass with a goal of bringing actual coaching and customer service to a group atmosphere. With a focus on small-group training rather than large classes, we are able to deliver results, progressive programming and individualized coaching. Our goal is to make strength training accessible for everyone and all of our classes are based around the principles of traditional strength training, focus on correcting form, and learning how to use functional movements to make you stronger.

Whether you are familiar with strength training, or have never touched a barbell in your life, we want you at Bodymass. Our team of experienced trainers are looking forward to helping each individual that steps into the gym accomplish their goals, whatever they may be!

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
