Tecla is the sweetest dog. She LOVES people and is very gentle with her foster’s four-year-old. Tecla initially had some hesitation around her foster “dad” and would flinch when approached, however it didn’t taken much time for her to warm up to him and now she happily accept pets. Tecla is very loving and likes to follow her people around the house. She likes to get on the couch and snuggle with her people. This affectionate girl will ask for pets to let you know just how much she loves you! Tecla is a quiet girl who walks well on the leash and is great with other dogs and kids. She would make a great new best friend for you! To apply please visit: www.citydogsrescuedc.org/adoptable-dogs.html
Arabella is a sweet girl with a pretty striped tail. She has one discolored eye that just adds to her charm. Arabella is fond of the company of other cats. She loves to watch birds and squirrels from the window. She also loves playing with her toys and treats. She is adventurous and explores her new home, especially the cat tree. Arabella is shy and would do best in a quiet household with no kids. She is looking for a forever home to live the life — relaxing, sleeping, playing indoors. To apply please visit: www.citydogsrescuedc.org/adoptable-cats.html

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
