“New Class “C” Tavern featuring upscale bar food, pinball, and arcade games, with 160 seats and a Total Occupancy Load of 295. Licensee is requesting a Summer Garden Endorsement to include 52 seats, and an Entertainment Endorsement to include indoor Live Entertainment.”

From a Craigslist post:

“The Eleanor will have bowling lanes, skee ball, arcade games, and live music. We have 20 taps which will exclusively feature beers from Maryland, DC, and Virginia. We will be open 7 days a week serving lunch, dinner, and brunch.

Pig roasts, lamb roasts, and crab boils are just some of the events we have planned for the spring and summer months. We will feature raw bar items, seasonal entrees utilizing proteins and produce from MD and VA. We will focus on sustainable seafood offerings from the region. Our core menu will change at least four times a year and we will have a strong specials program in addition.”
