“A shooting just happened in the parking garage below Clyde’s in Chinatown. I happened to be in the Bed Bath and Beyond at the time.”

MPD reports:

“UPDATE: Police Activity: 700 Block of 7th Street, NW. Lanes 2-3 N/B in the 700 Block are Blocked Lane 3 getting by. MPD on scene Follow police direction.”
