Monthly rent for our seventh-floor one-bedroom with den is $2489 including technology package and parking (not including utilities). The technology package consists of Verizon FiOS Prime HD cable with 215+ channels and high-speed Internet and WiFi. Parking is in a secured, underground garage.

Utilities vary, but tend to be about $150-$175 a month. Lease ends February 11, 2018, with opportunity to renew at that time. Building allows cats and dogs, pet rent applies.

Camden South Capitol offers a 24-hour concierge service for package delivery, maintenance needs, and other services. The MOTION fitness studio includes treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, and other equipment. The club room offers a pool table, flat screen TVs, demo kitchen, and comfy chairs for co-working or relaxing.

The dog park, accessible only within the building, is perfect for pup playtime. There’s a dedicated area to give your dog a bath, too, for clean-up. Up on the rooftop, you’ll find a swimming pool, grills that heat up to 600F, and expansive views of DC.

The apartment itself is airy, with high ceilings and built-in shelving. It has modern finishes, with Silestone countertops with a ceramic tile backsplash, contemporary hardware and fixtures, ARIA built-in speakers, USB-enabled wall outlets, walnut hardwood-style flooring, designer pendant lighting, and solar shades. The balcony opens up to expansive views of DC.
