“Dear PoPville,
Does anyone have experience building a greenhouse in DC and, if so, what are the issues and concerns that might arise vis-a-vis permits and zoning? I want to build a pretty nice medium-sized greenhouse in my back yard but have already hit the 60% lot coverage limit. Would such a structure count against the limit and does anyone know of a contractor with experience building greenhouses?”
