You’re all going to argue that this one is also in the very center and is the pulsing heart of Adams Morgan again right?

Yet another place overpriced by $500

      • textdoc

That’s about the going rate for a place this size in this location.

What? Where can you find a studio for $1050 anywhere near here?

        • Anonthony

I don’t know about $1050, but it’s still overpriced for the area.

They forgot to mention that it comes with rats, an awful management team and a 24 hour gym that usually get flooded.

I used to live in this building. The location (Lanier Heights) is awesome, right by Adams Morgan but also just steps down to Rock Creek Park. Apartments are small but functional and look out into nice trees depending on which side you’re on. Had a mouse and small roaches once (as you’re bound to have in DC) but building management dealt with it quickly. Overall, I was very happy there. Paid about USD100 more for a (junior) one-bedroom but that was a while ago.

Oh, now that I remember it I think the management company changed after I had moved out. It was Borger before (they were great), not sure who it is now. Did indeed hear some complaints about the new team from a former neighbor in the building.
