Your Afternoon Animal Fix

by Prince Of Petworth February 7, 2017 at 3:15 pm 7 Comments

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share please send an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. Your photos will go into the queue (usually 2 weeks wait) and will be posted in the order I receive them. If you’ve already entered your pet and would like to do so again – that’s no problem – just space the entries out a bit. Please try to send horizontal photos 640×480 (medium size on your iphone) if possible. If you’re not using an iphone any size is fine.

“Coco (a rescue from the Dominican Republic) and Lucie (a City Dogs Rescue alum) in Mount Pleasant”

“Henrietta, of Petworth, is available for adoption through the Humane Rescue Alliance Foster Care Program.”

“Koji turns 18 this spring and wants your readers to know as of 1/24/17, he is most certainly alive.”

Coco and Lucie look so cute together, love that little protective paw.
I hope Henrietta gets a forever home soon, she’s quite pretty.
Glad Koji is still alive, such a pretty dog.

I often see Lucie out and about in Mt Pleasant, and am pleased to report that her eyebrows are even more charming in person!

If a cat is going to be fostered/ adopted, leave its poor ears alone! Only clip TNR ferals. I hate seeing those mutilated cats.

    • textdoc

She must’ve been hanging out with a feral colony, and they realized only after spaying/vaccinating/eartipping that she was actually tame and adoptable.
I agree it’s a pity her ear was tipped.

  • DC_Chica

Koji is beautiful! And at his age, looking very distinguished!

Henrietta is SO CUTE – someone please give her a forever home!!!! If I wasn’t allergic to her, she’d be mine. :(

  • Father of Fifi

Coco & Lucie look like they’re posing for a family portrait.
Henrietta’s a cutie – deserves a good home for sure.
Koji looks like a distinguished pup who still lures many humans for cuddles.
