From the Georgetown BID:

“We’re lighting up your calendar this month with our 3rd Annual Georgetown GLOW, the region’s only free, curated exhibition of outdoor public light art installations. Set against the historic backdrop of DC’s oldest neighborhood, it’s a whole new way to shine. Commissioned works of eight local, regional and international artists will be featured throughout Georgetown’s commercial district and trust us–this year tops them all.”
