“It was in a parking space against the curb, halfway between N & O on the east side of 9th Street NW, so I suspect it fell out of/off of a car. It’s full of CFA study guides and black binders of class notes as well as a couple of personal items.

Message me if you lost it & tell me what the personal items are; we will get it back to you somehow.”
