Studios in my building are $350 a month less and are almost 50% larger. No W/D though. Murphy beds = Buzz’s girlfriend, especially for a new building.

    • distritera

+1 to Buzz’s girlfriend, thanks for the laugh!

  • Mike

This seems high by a couple hundred at least.

  • jaseguy30

    Yeah. Right.

  • Hill Denizen

The finishes are really nice, but I don’t think they’re $1900 nice. This place looks teeny. You can get larger studios in nicer buildings in more metro accessible areas for the same price. Are the couch or any utilities included in the price?

  • DM

This is absurd for a shoebox with a Murphy bed, no? You can get a human-sizes apartment across the street for a couple hundred dollars less.

  • kallie

this rent is a joke right? all that money for no real bed. no thanks bye.

  • spookiness

Well it’s cheaper than a hotel room for 30 nights a month. I guess.

  • emilysquirrely

I didn’t realize there were units for rent in this building too. I saw some to buy – studios start at high 200s and 1 bedrooms start at high 400s. I like the location, but yeah wow.

    • Rich

Someone bought for an investment. If these are upper 200s, then they’re still probably making a nice profit.

  • textdoc

It looks like you’d have to pull the sofa out of the way to use the Murphy bed.

    • stacey

That’s the custom part. the sofa is part of the murphy bed pullout; you don’t move it, the bed just pulls down basically on top of it.
