I saw this same sign on Shady Grove Road in Gaithersburg yesterday, except the “real estate investor” was looking for an “apprentice.” Wasn’t able to catch phone number and whether it was a 202 number.

Serious, a job with that large a range, and that large potential salary, is a farce. Even to make a fraction of the amount, you would need to be a certain type of skeezy person who is willing to do things most people find morally repugnant and just wrong. But hey, if you think that is legit, have at it.
