  • B’dale Res

    “loser level” Very nice….

    • Bloomy

      I lol’d!

  • CRT

Wow – I know living in the basement is sad, but just calling it the loser level seems like taking honesty in sales a bit too far.

    • Anon Spock

Or a typo for lower. Proofreading goes a long way.

    • Formerly ParkViewRes

      Seriously laughing hahahaha

    • textdoc

      Actual LOL.

  • transplanted

The roof of the porch seems tilted.

    • Anonymous

That’s probably just the gutter that’s tilted so the water gets to the downspout.

  • Kate

“3-4 bed” Nope. It is either a 3 bedroom house or a 4 bedroom house. Not both.

    • Anon Spock

3 actual bed upstairs+possible 4th on lower level.

      • Bloomy

        loser level.

      • Kate

If it’s not a legal bedroom, they should not advertise it as such. It’s a 3 bed plus den/finished basement/whatever–not a “3 or 4 bedroom.” Lazy, deceptive advertising.

        • textdoc

At least this one isn’t quite as outrageous as the “1- or 2-bedroom apartment” from the other week that wasn’t even a true “1-bedroom plus den” — the second “bedroom” option was the living room!!

        • HaileUnlikely

They should just make the headline “Illegal 4th Bedroom Included!”

          • HaileUnlikely

“Illegal 4th Bedroom on Loser Level!”

  • Planner

The house seems pretty nice, but that stretch of North Capitol is really busy. I am not sure I’d like to live right on it, especially at that price.

  • figby

Damn, I wish someone would for once renovate an historic old town house with a bunch of bland, open-plan modern aesthetics and recessed lighting.

Oh wait — everyone literally did, every time!
