Eh, with all the juvenile crime around here, TPing someone’s house is downright charming.

Eh, it’s all relative. Sure, it’s “Palisades problems”… but still sucks for whoever lives there.

Not sure if it’s a coincidence, but this is the home of a pretty high ranking DC gov official.

Agree. With all the stuff high-schoolers get up to these days, this is really rather quaint.

High school? I did this in grade school.

Ah to be 16 again. Fun times.

TPing in rural Indiana always had the added excitement that the homeowner would run outside shotgun blazing!

I grew up in urban IN and clearly remember my Dad chasing Toilet Paper perps – but withOUT a gun!

My dad chased them with Costco-sized cans of shaving cream, one in each hand. He sprayed a bunch of them real good and then they proceeded to jump into their family cars, smearing shaving cream all over the interior while they drove away.
My dad laughed as a few angry moms called him the next day to harangue him for their ruined upholstery. I swear, my dad was waiting YEARS for this to happen and spring his plan into action.
