    And you’d be my neighbor! You could run into an Obama at Busboys and Poets or Kapnos. I’ve been here since 2012 and I love it. This unit is one of the townhouse type layout, too bad they didn’t specify the unit # particularly in light of the Sunday Open House

    This area has always made me kind of nervous, crime- wise. It’s so quiet and sort of hidden from the street. Very cool to finally see one inside though

      Yeah, I’ve always been semi-wary of that alleyway, but it is pretty well-lit at night, and the surrounding streets have always felt safe to me — lots of traffic.

    Looks like it might be a loft. I’d agree, it looks small for 1100sf. The second bedroom looks a bit small. Maybe the master has a big closet that takes up a lot of space.

    This location once was my import car garage. Very nice Brazilian family owned it. They stored my car while I lived overseas. As a condo complex, it always struck me as having a potentially noisy design and a depressing atmosphere. I looked when they were doing the initial sale and was more impressed by other places in the neighborhood. I walk past there all the time and it still seems pretty depressing.

    Ha! Eagle eyes, you Popville commenters. Unit owner here: I think the documentation for the place lists the square footage as something like 1052, which I rounded up. I stand corrected. Also, it’s 104W if anyone wants to drop by on Saturday for the open house. If you’re interested in the place email me and we can arrange another time as well.
