A reader reports just after 3am from the 5000 block of 5th ST, NW (around 5th and Gallatin St, NW):
“Woke up to seeing 10 cop cars multiple arrest and what looked like a dead body shot in the head taken away. This is a nice neighborhood. This needs to stop!”
