The folks from Nando’s tell me: “We hope to open Woodley this summer“

PoP, when did Nando’s tell you that and was there any more info? Just curious because I peeked behind through the papered windows and saw no signs of renovation, so opening this summer now seems quite ambitious.

I would love to see nandos open in Woodley Park! I have been following for a while wondering when/if they would open and saw the Bank of America space is still listed For Lease by KLNB Retail (http://klnbretail.propertycapsule.com/properties/2631connecticutavenuenw/#overview) Does anyone know if they are still going in that space or are they considering a different location?

  They are going into the former Bank of America space.

Nando’s in walking distance is such a good thing.

It seems like the rent in that area is now too high for anything that isn’t a national chain or doesn’t have a liquor license.
