    I saw a sign up for free samples this morning but did not stop by. Did anyone else try? The conversion happened so fast I’m a little worried that it’ll be a lackluster place.

      It went from a cake place to a bakery…why would a conversion take a significant amount of time??

        Nevermind — I googled it and realized they were a pop-up in the CakeLove space a few years ago. I thought it was an entirely new place/brand and was just surprised that they would have gotten up and running so quick if they started their bakery from scratch (whether or not the infrastructure is there).

    I hope all the “OMG BREAD!” people will support this business and go buy it. Lord knows enough people complain on this website about wanting a bakery with fresh bread.

    My quest for finding the best baguette has ended! I stopped by this morning, it was not very busy (customer-wise) but all of the workers were busy and baking away. The baguette at this place is out of this world and the coffee is pretty damn good as well.
    I wish the very best to this place!

    I stopped by on Saturday morning to get a bagel and coffee. They handed all the patrons cups to get our own coffee, but we couldn’t even figure out where the coffee was SUPPOSED to be. They took our cups back and slowly filled them as more coffee was brewed. The place was awkwardly laid out with a very high display case and the register off to the side, so it’s a stretch to give your order and sign for it. There weren’t many people there, but they kept having to ask what people ordered. It was also pretty expensive. My large coffee was more expensive than Starbucks. It’s right around the corner from me, so I hope they work out the kinks!
