“What: Espita Mezcaleria, a Oaxacan restaurant and mezcaleria opening in the Shaw neighborhood in D.C. in late 2015, brings a taste of Oaxaca to D.C. at their very first pop-up at Dolcezza Factory on Monday, November 9th, 2015. The 4-course Mole & Mezcal Tasting Dinner event will highlight masa, mole, and a selection of paired mezcals from Fidencio Spirits. The feast will begin with a welcome drink and a family-style menu with dishes such as Eggplant Sopes with Salsa Borracha and Mole Verde de Pepitas over Country Pork Ribs, and a dessert collaboration with Dolcezza Gelato’s Robb Duncan.
