“Detroit-based manufacturer and outfitter Shinola will invite 14th St. trick-or-treaters to their DC flagship on Saturday, October 31 for free Halloween snacks and activities. From 1 to 3pm, the shop will offer complimentary face painting and treats from District Donuts to passerby patrons. All are invited to dress up, shop and enjoy the spooky occasion.”
