Mural design contest for Bar Deco coming to the Bulletin Building in Penn Quarter this Spring

“I wanted to share with you that Bar Deco is hosting a mural design contest for the entire side of the Bulletin Building at 717 6th St NW. The contest is open to all students at DC-area high schools and universities, and the winner will receive a $500 prize and $1,000 donation to their school’s art program.”
